Ticket documents and client records are retained only as needed for service delivery, legal or accounting obligations, dispute resolution, security, compliance, and reasonable business recordkeeping.

Ticket-related documents only

Clients should submit only documents related to the ticket or matter. Do not submit unrelated sensitive information.

Retention and deletion

Retention periods depend on matter status, legal requirements, payment history, disputes, security, and operational needs. Deletion requests can be reviewed by contacting us, subject to legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and compliance obligations.
