Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

Quote, cancellation, and refund terms are confirmed before paid work begins. Legal/provider fees, court fees, filing fees, taxes, and third-party costs may be separate.

When a quote becomes payable

A quote becomes payable only after the scope, price, payment timing, and any separate fees are communicated and accepted under the applicable service arrangement.

When work is considered started

Work may be considered started once intake review, deadline review, document organization, communication, coordination, provider handoff, or other agreed support work begins.

Before work begins

If a request is not accepted or paid work has not begun, cancellation or refund review will be based on the status of the request and any payment terms already accepted.

After work begins

Refunds may be limited once work has been performed, deadlines have been reviewed, document organization has started, or coordination has been provided.

What may not be refundable

Court fees, government fees, legal provider fees, taxes, payment processing fees, filing fees, and third-party costs may be separate, non-refundable, or handled by the applicable provider.

Refund review timing

Refund reviews may take several business days depending on the matter status, payment method, provider involvement, and information needed to assess the request.

How to request review

Contact admin@trafficticketexpt.com with your name, ticket reference, payment date, requested cancellation or refund reason, and any urgent deadline information.

No guarantee

Refunds are not based on guaranteed legal outcomes because TrafficTicketExpt.com does not guarantee dismissal, fine reduction, demerit-point outcome, court result, or any specific legal outcome.
